c) It is a condition of entry that all information given is true, current and full. You may not enter using multiple VRM (Vehicle Registration Mark), multiple email addresses, or multiple mobile telephone numbers.

d) Protection of members' personal data is very important to The.Car.com and we aim to provide you with the highest level of online data protection. Before you agree to these Terms and Conditions please take time to read our Privacy Policy which will help you understand how your personal information is handled.

Your account and password

a) If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

b) We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

c) If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at help.co.uk.

Intellectual property rights

Applicable law

a) If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

b) If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Additional Terms:

a) Winners must be registered when the draw is made.

b) Winners must prove they still own car by confirming its VIN code.

c) Jackpots rollover to next draw with a limit of £500.

d) Free to enter.

e) Users will have one chance per registration to win on cars they own only.

f) Claim your prize by clicking the claim button.

g) Payment made by post within 28 days of user confirming they still own the car.

h) The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

i) Fees incurred by the recipient are not reimbursed.

j) Winning registrations chosen at random from registered users, if it's not in our system, it won't get picked.

k) One registration number to be picked per draw.

l) We reserve the right to withhold winnings if we don't think that the entry is legitimate, or don't receive proof of ownership.

m) Anyone aged 18 or over can enter.

n) Draws run from 12:00 - 23:59 on Wednesdays

o) The.Car is paid for by advertising.
